1. Rude staff 2. solo cups for urine tests (!!!) 3. pointless appointment system, you get to wait for an hour past your time, even if you just need to drop a sample.

Honestly, just book an appointment to be seen faster. I waited over two hours to get my labs done because I was a walk-in. Not blaming the staff here, we all know there's a shortage.

Quest is taking a minimalist approach to patient care. No human employee in the waiting area, no office personnel whatsoever, and only phlebotomists to handle every situation. Shameful business...
