I waited and waited and waited just so they can call me in and say theres no order for labs. If they would have their front desk open maybe i couldve asked prior to waiting to be called in.

Absolutely.the.worst.billing.department.ever. These bozos NEVER bill any secondary insurance EVER. I don't care how well your peeps draw blood. If you can't do the paperwork, get it done right...
