nobody answers the phone wait times obscene have to make an appointment or wait an hour just to DROP OFF a specimen. wish Quest would just go away using another lab next time

Awful. Not enough staff. Wait times are horrible and can get schedule time before 2 weeks out

No one answers the phone. Came in on Saturday and there was a sign stating " short staffed" so wasted my time.
