This one stop, lab drawing spot is always hopping. But you know that you will always be served in a timely fashion and that your phlebotomist is well trained & pleasant to chat with.

They took away their reception help. There is nobody to talk to from the lobby. And don't try to call them either. No humans to ask a question. Just endless automated prompts.

I was not sure the procedure of my lab work but staff there was super friendly and helpful especially Lisa. It went smoothly and I appreciate the service that was provided!
