This place was awful today. Monique turned me away to get blood drawn for my son, who needs it to get his medication refilled. I called beforehand and they said if I got there by 4:45, he could do...

They would really benefit having a person at front desk. Hate self check in. Was waiting and waiting. No one to ask anything. Left after 45 min. Ridiculous. Can't blame the technicians...

Waited an hour and 1/2. Did not get n- made appt- they didn't have it listed. Everyone in the lobby is upset.
