My husband and I had a great stay. The location is awesome (Pacific Heights close to Japantown) and close to a variety of attractions. Staffed 24 hours a day, I never felt unsafe around the hotel...

The Queen Anne is a historic hotel with plenty of vibes in a great area (not that easy to find in SF) with big rooms, uncomfortable mattresses, and a not-good-but-included continental breakfast....
