I would give a zero but they don't let you. Buyer beware. Quality fireplace installed a fireplace in my home in 1999. Now that the fireplace needs repair I called them of course to service it....

There is not a service friendly business! They refuse to help with service or repair on their products. I would warn future buyers to beware!!!

Very nice place knowledgeable employees. They had what I needed at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them. And the shop and showroom is gorgeous.
