Forget itea. Forget gongcha. This place has been here forever and isn't getting much love. This place is so good it outlasted tapex in the area. I sincerely hope Covid doesn't take this place...

Amazing little spot! Hidden and not easy to find but it's like finding gold! The thai ice tea has to be the best I've ever had! Super friendly and fast service!
