Came in to get a pedicure. Nail tech needs to slow down and not be in a rush. Nail tech that got was such in a rush the she cut my toe. Just cause your putting medicine on it doesn't mean it...

Bad customer service, if you're open you shouldn't be turning customers away. Went in an hour before closed an instead of saying there is a wait was told that they will not see us today.
