At The Health and Safety Training Center, we believe that a stronger community starts with knowledge, empowerment, and opportunity. Located in the heart of Inglewood, our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality education and services that protect, uplift, and inspire individuals and families. We proudly offer a wide range of programs and services, including CPR & First Aid certification, defensive driving courses and driving school programs, auto sales assistance, DOT-compliant drug testing, and personal development courses. Our online training options make it easy for students to earn valuable skills from anywhere, with programs in personal fitness training, CPR and safety education, and even culinary and healthy cooking courses designed to promote better living. Beyond training, we care deeply about our community. The Health and Safety Training Center regularly hosts free food giveaways, outreach events, and health awareness campaigns to make sure everyone—regardless of background—has access to essential resources. Our goal is simple: to help people live safer, smarter, and healthier lives while creating pathways for education, employment, and empowerment throughout Los Angeles and beyond.

I am independently hired by a family to support them throughout their Birth Journey. You may contact me at any point throughout the birthing journey. I am a Professional Prenatal, Labor, and Postpartum Doula. I am contracted by individuals or families to support them in creating a healthy birthing journey from prenatal to birth and, or postpartum. I provide childbirth education, nutritional assistance, prenatal fitness, and provide evidence based materials to increases your chances of having a positive pregnancy and birth. My primary goal is support the laboring person, I seek to ensure I maximize their comfortability during labor, and provide them with information, resources, and hands on support during the prenatal and labor process.
