HistoryJessica Hughes the owner of J Hue Makeup has had a passion for makeup since she was a young child playing with her mom's makeup. She naturally decided to purse a career in artistry. She went to Empire Academy of makeup in 2005 to specialize in the art of makeup. Shortly after graduating she took a position with Benefit Cosmetics. She stayed with Benefit for 5 years working as an artist, counter manager and finally the account coordinator for the number three store in the country. While working for Benefit she also worked as a freelance artist building her own makeup company. She has worked fashion shows for Michael Kors, Vera Wang, Oscar De La Renta, and Dona Karren. Currently, Jessica is a full time artist for J Hue Makeup and has found a passion for bridal makeup.
