Puppy Love

History

I was raised on a ranch in Northern California and I always had horses and dogs that I loved and later missed so much after moving to San Francisco. After many years in the corporate world, i decided to start my own dog walking business and I've never looked back. I started out volunteering at the SPCA and reading everything I could on dog behavior, pack management, puppy training and eventually took an intensive course at Dogtec which enabled me to become certified in pet first aid as well as a certification in professional dog walking and off-leash pack management. I have taken the Canine Behavior Academy at the Marin Humane Society with Trish King, Director.

Puppylove was founded to provide high-quality, personalized care for dogs and cats. It is my privilege to provide love for your pets so that they may feel more secure while you are away. I provide thorough daily exercise, personal interaction, and affection along with reinforcing basic commands. Dogs require physical and mental stimulation just like humans do. If proper exercise is provided on a daily basis, it will energize their body, mind and spirit. Many dog behavioral problems are the result of isolation, boredom and insufficient exercise. I offer off-leash playgroups and private walks at dog-friendly locations like McLaren Park and Fort Funston. Play time lasts at least a full hour to ensure that your pup is happy and exhausted when you get home. I also offer pet sitting
