James Vernon Pullins purchased an existing bicycle store, Junction Cyclery, and operated under that name until 1923 when he changed the name to Pullins Cyclery. J V Pullins ran the business until he retired in 1984. Katy and Steve O'Bryan purchased Pullins Cyclery in January 1984 and have been the owners since.
