Rent increases are very high. They will jack up your rent by $50 - 70 dollars a month no matter how long you've been a customer. It's robbery!!

Stay away. Price was great for initial rental. Price hike went up not much longer. Just received a postage that they are now hiking up the price by almost 50 dollars a month. Lmao. Like ok....
