The person at the front desk was helpful and kind around the experience I was having dealing with the storage space. She did not judge me when I was late in payment and she was pretty patient as well.

This place is awful! The price is a ok deal to start.. now a year later after they raised the fee multiple times it's $170/m vs $90 to start. Every few months the price goes up. Crazy! You guys...

Went to store my kids stuff For summer break at Berkeley. Over 100 units And not a single cart in Sight. Had to manually Cart stuff to 3rd floor Which took 2 hours of Up and down. Nightmare!!!!!
