Fast easy and reasonable price I recommend to everyone I was looking for a storage I called on the phone they set it all up I came to the storage my lock was already inside ready to go

Rented a unit November 19, 2018. Got us hooked with a promotion for the first month "free". Wouldn't allow us to use our own STORAGE GRADE LOCK and MADE US PAY another chunk(want to say $25ish)...

I've been calling for 2 days to have the lock that's on my unit cut off so I can get into my unit. Nobody's answering my call or call me back yet so I'm paying for my storage and I can't get in there
