For over 14 years, I've provided holistic individual and couples therapy that focuses on the whole person, not just the symptoms. Many of the people I help are coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, or unsatisfying relationships. Others are seeking guidance in crystallizing their identity or career path, wanting to invite more meaning, passion, and purpose into their life. My intention is to listen deeply, intuit your unique personality, collaboratively identify your needs, and establish rapport based on an atmosphere of trust, support, and understanding, helping you quiet emotional turbulence and negative thinking, change habits that no longer serve you, heal old emotional wounds, and experience more of your full potential. If you are looking to use insurance, I am contracted with Kaiser Permanente and am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Anthem Medi-Cal. In person, video and/or phone sessions are available.
