no. No. Choose wisely. Shared utilities amongst all tenants. No separate meters. If you wish to pay for everyone's water etc. Etc. More, but be very careful.

Hawaii circa 1971 if you've been to Hawaii then! Been here for decades and of course the throw back biggest thrill is its 72 feet from the Pruneyard with all the newly upgraded food and shops!...
