History

My business was established in 2021. However, I have been involved in basketball for 20 years and basketball training for 10 years. All of my expertise comes from my experiences in this game, both good and bad. I played high-level basketball in High School at Bishop O'Dowd, USA Basketball, in college at the University of California at Berkeley, and in the NBA for the Memphis Grizzlies. I have been practicing spirituality my entire life without fully recognizing it. I have now stepped into my power as a teacher of the Spiritual Sciences and plan to teach these methods for the rest of my life. In my philosophy, mental rehearsal + physical action + emotional stimulation + spoken affirmation = full activation of your desired outcome.

Specialties

We offer specialties such as group basketball and Youth Basketball camps and training for boys and girls. During all of my camps and training, I teach the youth how to use tools that impact their overall well-being. Such as meditation, visualization, positive body language and mental health. All of which I believe are the foundation for a bright future in our communities. In addition, we offer specialties for meditation and mindfulness. Using techniques such as visualization, optimism training, body regeneration, Chi Gong, and The 7 Hermetic Principles.
