Karen Ball, a Certified Covered California agent, opened Pronoeo Insurance in July 2010 because she saw a need for people to have an advocate in the insurance industry. As an independent agent, she is able to serve on the side of the client, instead of the insurance corporations. Starting out as a supplier of Life and Health Insurance products, Karen Ball quickly built the business to include Home, Auto, and Business Liability services as well.
