Prompt Precisions Metals is a precision-metal fabrication facility located in Ceres, Calif. The company offers precision sheet metal, painting, silkscreen, CNC machining, engineering, assembly, quality control and delivery services. It owns more than 75,000 square feet of manufacturing space. To insure the latest fabrication equipment, Prompt Precision s equipment is never more than five years old. Its sheet metal capabilities include equipment such as Amada Vipros Apelio 357 hydraulic punch laser machines, one with ASR load, unload and unmanned manufacturing cell. Prompt also provides Amada CNC press brakes, Amada shears, Amada ID40 CNC spot welder, Western Arctronics 40 KVA spot welder as well as Autosert fully-automatic hardware insertion machines, Haeger manual hardware insertion machine, Miller TIG welders, Miller Wire welders, AEM wet metal grinders and miscellaneous hand tools and support equipment.
