Prolific Brewing Company, founded in 2019 by Evan Aubrey Kadow, is a craft microbrewery located in Murrieta, CA, just a short drive from the I-15 and Temecula Wine Country. After over two years of planning and development, Evan partnered with longtime friend Eric Tyler Bovich to bring their vision to life, combining their shared passion for brewing and family.
Operating from an industrial area, Prolific Brewing features a spacious taproom and a 7-barrel electric brewhouse designed for future growth. I had no idea that this brewery is what used to be Ironfire until I was there. It had several tables around to sit but it wasn't super busy so I sat at the bar. It was pretty warm inside so a nice...

Family friendly spot offering different food vendors. We enjoy coming out to hang on our way home from work. You can also grub hub food there while you're enjoying the delicious brews which means...

The brewery was very clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive and the beer was tasty with many choices available for our small group. We will return !
