The stuff is sleeping they never answer the calls I don't even know if they will have any soon appointments?? Since they don't answer . I wonder if I walk in how slow the stuff will be oh gosh

I would suggest going with scanning documents into patient profile rather than having them fill out the same basic information that has not changed since their last visit including "Pharmacy"...
