've known Rick, owner of Pro Alert Security since he installed my first alarm at my first business off Adams Ave, Cleanology, about 10 years ago. He has installed several alarms, phone lines, etc....

This service provider must have left town prior to 2022. Yet we still get bogus invoices even though we have not had an alarm system for 4 years. Total scam at this point. No one to talk to.
