This is probably the worst company i have ever encountered, They guaranteed a loan said no closing costs after months said oh we cant get it approved. Now we need a big down payment and 20 grand...

TERRIBLE! These people are so shady, we also dealt with their "top producer" Mel Fox. We had the same experience as the other reviewers, hidden fees, costs and very rude. Lesson learned!
