Just to get a printer diagnostic take 5 business days and costs $26! Who has such a timeline? This place is very busy and the staff acts arrogant. Won't recommend or use again

Super honest dude. $25 is very reasonable for diagnostics. I opted not to fix my printer based on his experience. I appreciate not having my time or money wasted. Highly recommended!
