In 1988 we chose San Francisco as the ideal location to start our real estate business. We had a dream: to be the pinnacle of real estate firms, distinguishing ourselves from other companies by successfully specializing in the Asian market and community. We were the first to embark on that dream--and it paid off! Now, in 2016, we are proudly celebrating our 28th anniversary. We have expanded since then and now have three offices on the West Coast: head office in San Francisco and one each in Richmond, California; our third office is located in Seattle, Washington. What's more, we now have our satellite offices in Guangzhou and Beijing, China.
