Starting in 2015, Primal Ice was the result of our search for one the best ways to help people recover quicker from injury & exercise, find pain relief naturally, elevate one's mood and mental clarity and just help those who are willing to try it feel better overall by harnessing the body's own natural response to extreme cold temperature exposure.

Primal Ice is a proud provider of cutting edge recovery and alternative pain relief modalities like Whole Body Cryotherapy and LED Light therapy. Whole Body Cryotherapy is a cutting-edge form of cold therapy that has been around in Europe for over 30 years. Recently introduced to the US, this form of therapy is administered by placing the body in a Cryosauna for 2-3 minutes while it significantly cools your body temperature.
