When trying to work with the Press Enterprise, be aware. It is not possible to talk to someone in the US. All their "customer service" reps only know how to follow the script and will not help....

Can these people stop harassing me!? I'm going to file a complaint. They said I owe a balance but I NEVER received not one issue from Press Enterprise!!!! Very unsatisfactory!!!!

Really would like to support the local press, but not when they're thieves. I subscribed to their $2 for 6 months of online access (hitch was none too convenient because of their excessive log in...

They missed our Sunday paper three weeks in a row. When I called the person who answered said there is nothing they could do. That is not good customer relations.
