Since new carrier began delivering on Match 1st, there have been 4 days that paper has not been delivered. CALLED EACH TIME. P.E promised re-delivert, but this did not happen.

Resubscribed recently after a few years (canceled previously over delivery issues). Gave them a second chance (it's worse now), so I immediately canceled and they promised to refund me in 7-10...
