This place is awful. My sister waited 10 yrs for this type of housing and left their beautiful little rented house on 33rd and Ocean view. Soon as she moved in she realized that the people above...

Tows cars from ur provided spot, construction workers are ass holes, No Guest Parking ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING . Guest cant park in your spot
