After years of working in the hospital, I felt it was time to reach out into the community to prepare parents BEFORE they get to the hospital to deliver their babies. The parents who take a birth education class have a more positive birth experience and are better equipped to care for their newborn.

Labor and Delivery is important, yes, but I want you to feel ready for breastfeeding, newborn stages, and unexpected parenting challenges that arise too! Shaina was absolutely amazing! She taught me tricks to feeding and latching. She also supported me through nap time and what to do in the future. Shaina was very knowledgeable and informative.
