Hung up on twice. Their "hold" is just to hang up. Really unprofessional outfit. They seem understaffed but don't take it out on me.

All Phone staff have very bad customer service when I have called. They show no interest in helping and their phone manners are just as horrible. Employers should take more pride in who they hire.
