History

I established my private practice after gaining the necessary clinical experience to see individuals, families and couples in a more private setting. My business flourished a few months after hanging up my shingle. The last 14 years in private practice have allowed my skills to grow substantially as a therapist. My clients have been my greatest teachers. The location is convenient for people residing in South Orange County. I typically see clients from San Clemente to Irvine.

Specialties

My license focuses on relationship counseling. This allows me to see individuals (men, women and young adults), couples and families. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, social anxiety, parenting, communication and work stress. Treatment methods range from traditional talk therapy and energy psychology. I now offer on-line counseling for residents of California.
