We specialize in helping bodies feel, look, and perform better with Pilates. Our instructors are certified on all pieces of apparatus. We are a fully equipped Classical Pilates Studio. Former Laker Girl, Richelle Rodriguez (certified Power Pilates Instructor) started the business in January 2015.
