History

I am 200 hour yoga alliance certified instructor. Have been practicing yoga for several years. I am now teaching power yoga community classes at the Grange Cherry Valley Community Center. These are all level classes. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years you will love it. I am very passionate about yoga. Love to teach, learn, and grow.
