Poway High School

Poway High School has an annual enrollment of more than 2,900 students. It serves students in grades 9 through 12. The school s academic curriculum includes classes in English, social science, mathematics, computer applications, and health and physical education. Poway High School has a booster club. Its parent-teacher-student association works for student welfare. The school maintains a library that offers a range of educational resources and materials. Poway High School provides guidance counseling sessions. It administers the Regional Occupational Program, which includes vocational training classes in digital media, floriculture and veterinary science. The school offers a variety of sports activities, such as cross-country, hockey, football, golf, tennis, volleyball, soccer, basketball, wrestling, baseball, softball, and track and field. Poway High School is governed by the Poway Unified School District.
