How can you "age-out" of a weight loss clinic? I was told I was "too old" to make an appointment. Now that's a little scary, as I work with a trainer twice a week and do Pilates twice a week???

Had an issue with reception and scheduling, but Nicole handled it professionally when we arrived. I didn't qualify for the program but my friend did and she was very helpful.
