Came in to mail using a corporate account. Waited 30 minutes in line and then was told they don't do FedEx ground shipping using account. Not very nice and not helpful at all .

Poor customer service from a very rude lady named Alex. Printer didn't even work. They wanted to charge to tape a label on. Geez. Go to hazard location or UPS store or USPS. Much better customer...

Rude! Just walked out as did the person ahead of me and the person on the phone trying to get help. Advice to this business-if you are losing money and can't figure out why it's your customer service.
