They transported my mother multiple times while she had chemo and various doctor appointments. She could not walk and had to be transported by gurney, which made finding transport more difficult....

Very bad customer service. Strong accent! when I said I don't understand what she is saying, she was louder her voice. Should train your staff again with customer service.

Always late for pickups 30min My request was for every Sat 10:15 am and 2:45. Consistently late and a new promise every 15 min.
