Lived here twice. Folks, this is the biggest bang for the buck in Novato - the most space for the least amount of money. Parking is now not an issue - they have cracked down on offenders....

The WORST RUDES SERVICE HERE. Ladies at the office are rude and seem to be miserable. I honestly felt so uncomfortable asking for service that I will pay for. Great neighborhood but rude service.

This place is absolute trash. But hey. It's the cheapest thing in Novato. I've lived here for 3 years and thanks god I'm leaving soon. Management doesn't do anything about complaints. Worst part...
