The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We got in late and the gentleman was so gracious that even if the hotel was not what I expected, his hospitality made up for it.

It was a convenient location and I have stayed at the Encinitas Portofino Inn a few times is why I choose to stay here. The room is decent. I needed a good place to sleep and feel comfortable....
