Dr. Stringfellow manages the PowerCET facility in Scottsdale, Arizona. PowerCET Canada was established effective January 1, 1997 in partnership with Better Technologies Corporation ( BTC ) of Ottawa, Canada. PowerCET Canada will be operated as a division of BTC. The professional staff of the Canadian operation will service the Canadian market and supplement PowerCET ( USA ) in domestic and international operations. Services include facility audits and investigations directed at power quality and electromagnetic interference problems.
