Port of Los Angeles High School

Port of Los Angeles High School is a public charter school that provides college preparatory programs, including maritime studies and international trade. The school offers classes in English, art, math, life skills, science, geography and economics. It also provides foreign language classes in Spanish and Japanese. The school has partnerships with the Angels Gate Cultural Center, community groups, local businesses and civic organizations. Port of Los Angeles High School also operates a parent-teacher association and offers drawing, painting, sculpting and dance classes.
