History

We are doing catering only at this time. Pork Daddy's BBQ prides ourselves in providing competition quality BBQ along with excellent service at reasonable prices. Pork Daddy's BBQ is a competition BBQ team and began professionally competing in 2013. In our 1st year of competing, Pork Daddy's BBQ placed 20th overall in the CBBQA, and as a rookie took 1st in pork and ribs. Pork Daddy's BBQ was also named the CBBQA 2014 Rookie of the Year. Nationally in the KCBS, we placed in the top 5% overall and top 3% in ribs.

Pork Daddy's BBQ does catering only at this time. We set up and BBQ on site so all foods are made to order and prepared from the freshest ingredients possible. If you have something special you would like please ask. We cook and serve the best quality BBQ you will ever have. We specialize in Ribs, Pulled Pork Sliders with Jalapeno Coleslaw, Chicken, Tri Tip, Brisket, Chipotle/Lime Pulled Pork Tacos, Loaded Tamales, Cochinita Pibil, Brisket Enchiladas, Loaded Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, BBQ Baked Beans with Pulled Pork. We post all of our events and where we are going to be on our FB page, so please follow us there till we get a permanent location.
