We were able to dispose mattresses. It was free and no one questioned us when we dropped them off. It was fast, no waiting. It is self-service. Although, website says you can request assistance.

Needed to drop off some mattress and it was very easy. You check in at the entrance and they give you directions where to go. They even help you moving the mattress from the car. The best thing...

Dropped off old mattress n box spring. No charge. Called ahead to confirm. They had me go past weigh station, then pull up to self dump area where you see bunch of other mattresses.
