I needed a Luis Miguel black linen shirt within a few hours for my friend's Honestly, Nevermind themed birthday party & MEMBERS afterwards so I called and Saral placed some shirts on hold for me....

The Ralph Lauren polo store in the Beverly center is totally inefficient rude and unprofessional I bought over $1,000 worth of stuff in 2 days and had bought a hoodie that I wanted patches added...

I was excited to look at the various products they offer. But I felt very uncomfortable when it seems like I am being followed and watched constantly. Not sure why.
