Polly's Pies Restaurant

Polly s is a family-owned company that operates two restaurant businesses, KFC of Polly s and Polly s Bakery Caf . The company was established in 1965, when it opened the first freestanding KFC restaurant in Southern California. Four years later, it was operating eight locations. In 1968, the company opened a space called Polly s Pie Palace. It served pies, coffee and sandwiches to guests in the front, while it housed a commissary for the KFC restaurants in the back. The space was the precursor to Polly s Bakery Caf . Polly s operates more than a dozen Polly's Bakery Caf locations and more than 14 KFC restaurants.
