With almost three decades of experience in fine sushi, Robert Luo created Poki Cat as a means to make an expensive yet incredibly healthy meal into something more accessible. Poki Cat is a family-owned business sourcing the finest and freshest ingredients to create poke bowls and burritos that are filled with flavor.
