History

Poke ETC is authentic Hawaiian poke that started in a small grocery store in Carson. Poke was being sold by the pound with different flavors such as Oyster, Coconut, & Limu (a type of briny seaweed). The lady that started it all was born and raised from the big island of Hawaii. Much of the poke is set up and marinated in large bins just like you would see back in Hawaii.
